I had a customer ask me if it was possible for me to make a profiterole cake.
So here it is…A profiterole tower, known in French as a Croquembouche. The only difference with mine is that it is ALL profiteroles and not hollow like most of them are.
This was very different to my usual orders of cakes and cupcakes but was very rewarding to do 🙂
Delicious profiteroles filled with Chantilly cream and Creme patissiere, with a chocolate swirl and finished with a personalised fondant banner and ribbon.
