This was a special first birthday cake for a little boy who loves trains. A delicious fudgy chocolate sponge cake shaped as a 1 and personalised with his name and of course a train and track running through it.
A special request for a giant Jaffa cake. Getting it is as close to a real Jaffa cake as possible was an interesting challenge… So, we have a sponge base with an orange jelly filling and of course topped with chocolate but of course leaving half the sponge exposed as a jaffa cake does 😉
A gorgeous Halloween birthday cake for a lovely little girl who loves owls. This was a very enjoyable cake to make. I had great fun making the owl and adding all the little touches, like the spiders web, to the finished cake.
