A special request for a giant Jaffa cake. Getting it is as close to a real Jaffa cake as possible was an interesting challenge… So, we have a sponge base with an orange jelly filling and of course topped with chocolate but of course leaving half the sponge exposed as a jaffa cake does đŸ˜‰
